The key factor—looking forward, rather than looking back to what has happened over the past few years, when weather and other things have kicked in—is the availability of sites. We must reach a position where we have the right number of sites and the right places being proposed for sites.
For example, Lord Falconer’s Assisted Dying Bill seems to me, as a lawyer, to be more clearly expressed. I think that I understand it more easily than I understand this bill.
