A report on the results of the consultation was published on the Scottish Executive website on 30 September 2004, as were the responses from organisations and individuals who had agreed to publication of their response.
In addition, all the property tax values could be published on a website so that people could compare and contrast their property tax value with the values on neighbours' properties and similar properties.
Inherent in such a plan are risks about the timing of arrangements, particularly if they involve property transactions, because one cannot be entirely sure about some of those timings.
Could it mean the Executive sitting on £135 million while cancer patients die as they wait for treatment?The motion mentions "a modern health service".
I know that John Thomson's memory means a lot to a lot of people, and Helen Eadie deserves some congratulations on having the motion debated tonight. "They never die who live in the hearts they leave behind."
