The public service reform programme came to our corporate board and our delivery executive, and, last year, I undertook a set of visits with all portfolio areas to look at public service reform projects.
It was clear from the visit that the hubs are able to draw together different interests in the community, to push Government and other agencies and to activate people to think about wider environmental issues.
