Deputy First Minister, you expressed in your opening comments some regret that the UK Government ruled out the option of a second question and that you were not able to leave the decision on it to Parliament.
Part of the consideration undertaken will be whether it is appropriate to allocate some small sites specifically for affordable housing, including social rent.
