First, it would be churlish not to pay credit to the work that Neil Findlay has done on the plight of the women who have suffered due to transvaginal mesh issues.

The DAIP was developed to encourage individuals to seek advice as early as possible, and is pertinent to all types of credit and debt. Therefore, there are no plans to include a specific reference to payday loans.
However, I am greatly concerned that the UNICEF report also highlights the potentially serious negative impacts of benefit and tax credit cuts being made at Westminster and the likelihood they will reverse this trend.
