For every 100 containers of New Zealand lamb that land, on average, one is inspected, which is pretty good for those producers, although that is because New Zealand has to comply with the standards on that.

The Scottish Government is determined to maximise tourist growth and draw new visitors to Scotland and adventure activity has been indentified as an area of tourism with great growth potential in the industry-led “Tourism Scotland 2020” strategy.
Since March, we have provided £3.5 million in new funding for around 80 projects. That new approach is already helping to make grass-roots and third sector organisations more sustainable.
