Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Animal Welfare (Kept Animals) Bill

The LCM states that there are no powers available to Scottish Ministers under any other Acts to do this. Regulations made under section 26 of the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 as amended by clause 44 are subject to the affirmative procedure.
