I therefore thank this committee for its engagement with the SHR and wish all members the very best for the future. Members should be assured that we will remain committed to working closely with the new committee that will be responsible for our scrutiny.
As we do not rank any of our frameworks, our councils are free to use whichever suppliers provide best value to them. Sometimes, that might exclude a new entrant on the framework.

The Committee wrote to the Minister for Public Finance on 26 June 2024 following up on the issues raised in the review sessions.
The Committee issued a call for views and received 26 responses. These responses were from teachers, parents, schools and other interested parties, and were very useful in shaping the Committee's inquiry.
