I would have looked up the answer but, although the minister said in his statement that the information was published on Transport Scotland's website today, it was not available before we came into the chamber.
That would be foolish because, inevitably, if we come up with a top four or five areas, the sixth will be the one that hits us first and takes up most of our resources.
That is obviously separate from the question about what elder abuse is, but a statutory aggravation that would top up the sentence when such an offence has been committed would be a welcome move.
Does the minister agree that, with the new powers that are coming to the Scottish Parliament, we will be in a position to top up existing benefits and create new benefits in devolved areas?
As the convener of the Education and Skills Committee, I find that unacceptable. On top of that, the child is more likely to experience bullying and to become isolated in the learning environment.
