Pow of Inchaffray Drainage Commission (Scotland) Bill - Preliminary Stage Report - Definition of benefited land
The primary concern of some is whether the Balgowan estate area is, or is not, land which benefits from the Pow. Having visited the area in question, the Committee is satisfied that the drainage the Pow provides is essential for the drainage of surface water and waste for the houses in the Balgowan area.
