I do not know whether you are asking me to comment on universal credit and welfare reform. The main thing is the bill and how rent arrears will be dealt with, but if you could comment on the roll-out of universal credit, that would also be useful.
We did not get overwhelming support that suggested that the majority of electors in an area were engaged with and aware of the issue. We got expressions of concern but, fundamentally, the concern was not with the ward but with the existence of multimember wards.

Searches are carried out to prevent prisoners, visitors or staff bringing into the prison, or on to SPS premises, items that are unauthorised, prohibited or considered a threat to security or to good order and discipline.
