The responses that could be published were published by the Scottish Government library on 22 January and were placed on the consultation website on 27 January. I have provided the committee with a link to that webpage.
All that I know about that is what is available on the Government's website, which is very little. There is a commitment to introduce a carbon assessment tool and consultancy work is under way.
Indeed, photographs of community police officers, councillors and MSPs can be put on websites or in community halls. That would be a tremendous step forward.

If that was repealed, it is arguable that the hook in primary legislation for the implementation of statutory instruments would be gone and they would no longer be applicable. That would be a super-effective way of purging UK law of EU law influence, but it would leave a lot of legal gaps in the law.
We hope that, through the early years collaborative, people across the country will learn from local initiatives that are leading to super results for children and families.
