(Scotland) Act 2004 local authorities have powers to serve an antisocial behaviour notice (ASBN) on a private landlord where an occupant or visitor to a house they let engages in antisocial behaviour at or in the locality of the house.

As with all trunk road schemes, it is only right that those affected have an opportunity to express their views and this is a statutory obligation that cannot be ignored.
What constitutes identifiable data will differ, depending on the case, and expressing details to known contacts will be at the professional discretion of the contact tracer handling the case.
The difference in means and medians between the two groups was expressed as the pay gap. Those staff who had chosen ‘Prefer not to say’ were excluded from the pay gap calculation, as were those who had not made any declaration.
