Subordinate Legislation on Short-term lets considered by the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee on 21 December 2021 - Impact on business and tourism
She suggested to the Committee that there is little evidence to suggest that the absence of short-term lets would have deterred tourists from visiting Scotland. Tony Cain echoed these sentiments, suggesting that there is nothing to suggest that short-term lets have effected a growth in the tourism industry.
