I started a petition because I wanted to change the way things are done, like people were asking for at COP 26 & 27. I think the law regarding access to water should be changed.
Colleges At the meeting, the Cabinet Secretary was asked about the increase in the resource budget of £26 million for colleges in 2023/24. The Committee asks the Cabinet Secretary to provide details of how the £26 million will be used.

Although some review issues such as dynamic ticket pricing and VAT rates are reserved, our latest budget already addresses some of the financial challenges that the sector faces.
