The Committee would like to thank the advisers for providing Members with a weekly analysis of Ministerial statements and the latest public health data to assist Members in their scrutiny work.
However, they are unlike other types of property in that category, and also share certain features with corporeal moveable property, including coins and banknotes.
Confirmation that they are incorporeal moveable property would give greater certainty.
