To ask the Scottish Government what the average frequency of monitoring visits per prison is by (a) independent prison monitors and (b) prison monitoring coordinators.
I will highlight the issue as a matter of urgency while at New York climate week, and we, of course, look forward to the 28th UN climate change conference of the parties—COP28.
