Stage 1 Report on the Scottish Crown Estate Bill - Purpose of the Bill

The Scottish Crown Estate Bill however dis-applies the 1961 Act, and section 7 of the Bill states that managers of the assets must maintain and seek to enhance the value of the assets and also the income they generate.
