To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with Visit Northumberland, Visit Cumbria and local authorities regarding promoting cross-border tourism.
Councils have decreased the proportion of savings from Pro-Poor services over time by 4 percentage points from 26% in 2016-17 to 22% in 2018-19.
