Unless it is mentioned right there in front of someone’s face, equality is usually forgotten about. With a new agency and a new system, unless equality is up front, we know that it will be ignored and that other things will take over.
We published our “Changing Lives” report on 21 July. I have not seen the latest update on the implementation, so I do not have up-to-date information on that.

The draft Budget for 2019-2020 has also committed an additional £120 million into pre-cursors to the Scottish National Investment Bank. 26. The Bank will also, wherever appropriate, integrate into its remit existing public financing activities provided by the Scottish Government and its agencies.
