Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Bill - Part 3 – Restrictions on supply and use of fireworks and pyrotechnic articles

As with the days of supply, an additional period has been included to cover the Sikh festival of Vaisakhi, and the dates provided for in the Bill are in line with the ten day period fireworks are also available to be used over Chinese New Year and Diwali.
