Section 37 provides that, when the private residential tenancy of the person who was the sub-tenant’s landlord is brought to an end on any of the grounds other than those that relate to a tenant’s conduct, the sub-tenant’s tenancy will also come to an end.

To ask the Scottish Government what plans it has for a national lung cancer screening programme. I refer the member to the answer to question S6W-10989 on 3 October 2022.
Information is collected to enable public monitoring of the number and location of visits, the purpose and content of visits, and comparison with the number of visits by other employers.
Part of our role involves supporting that and raising the issue with local authorities. That was a key takeaway from the visit last week—I am sorry that I could not make the visit yesterday.

Details of the £10 million grant fund scheme - announced by the Deputy First Minister on 22 June to help tenants who have been financially impacted by the pandemic and are facing homelessness - are being developed at pace and we will provide further information in due course.
However, before installing safety screens, operators should contact the relevant licensing authority to check that it is permissible to install them and that the screens meet the requirements.
