(2) The provisions referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are— (a) sections 5(2) and (3), 7(2), and 16(4), and (b) paragraphs 5, 6(3), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13(1), 15(1), 16(1) and (2), 17(1) and (4), 25 and 18(2) of this schedule.
