It is appropriate that Fergus Ewing has secured a debate on auxiliary fire units, because that is an important issue in rural Scotland, particularly in the area that is covered by the Highlands and Islands fire brigade, which I discussed in the previous debate.I have visited many of the rural places where the auxiliary fire units are located.
