Zoonoses Amendment (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021 (SSI 2021/83) On 26 February 2021, the Scottish Government was asked: Regulation 2(3)(c) amends article 4 (designation of organisms for the purposes of section 29) of the Zoonoses Order 1989 by inserting text to apply to SARS-CoV-2 the provisions of the Animal Health Act 1981 listed in schedule 1 of the 1989 Order under exception of sections 31(e), 64 and paragraph 3 of schedule 5 of the Act.
