I was late returning from a committee visit. To ask the Scottish Government what steps it is taking to improve the effectiveness of fatal accident inquiries into deaths in custody.
It has been commended by most of the justice organisations, and by the UK Government on a regular basis, given the frequency of its visits to see how that work is carried out.
