In some ways, doing a regulatory job, it is easier for me to sit and be critical of Scottish Water, but I have to give credit where it is due, and Scottish Water deserves credit for what it has done.
As far as other benefits are concerned, I note that disability living allowance is not taken into account with regard to reductions in universal credit; instead, it results in disregards and premiums in universal credit and income support.
