Legacy Report of the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee, Session 6 - Housing Emergency and Housing to 2040

The Committee notes recent action by the Scottish Housing Regulator to build working relationships with the 7 remaining cooperatives. Given the housing emergency remains ongoing, the Committee strongly recommends that its successor committee continues to monitor what progress is being made by the Scottish Government and local authorities to ease the pressures on housing availability and affordability throughout Session 7.
