If the legislation does not cover treated sludge, not only SEPA's regulations but the legislation needs to be changed.I agree with other members that it is totally inappropriate for treated sludge to be used in that way. I have been to visit a sewage treatment plant, and I have seen the pellets and how they are sprayed.

It was a Dr Fojut at Historic Scotland who first prompted us to believe that the site was a Pictish burial site. When Dr Fojut visited the site, a local archaeologist suggested to him that perhaps it was an iron age burial site, but Dr Fojut indicated that it was more likely to be Pictish.
