The clerk says that we are happy to keep members up to date with anything new that comes in. However, it is a bit of a moveable feast until we actually make some progress.

His response is as follows: Virtual family visits are provided by Apex Scotland, located in Aberdeen City, facilitating virtual family visits to those in our care at HMP Perth, HMP & YOI Grampian, HMP Barlinnie, and HMP & YOI Polmont.
Stakeholders' views
At its meeting on 26 June, the Committee had agreed to write to stakeholders requesting a copy of the responses to the Accountant in Bankruptcy's consultation.
The first item today is consideration of new petitions. The first petition for consideration is PE1790, on parental and familial alienation, which was lodged by Samantha Kerr.
We have seen more than £40 million of investment. There is the new Crossmill business centre, a new road network from Barrhead and Newton Mearns to the M77 and a new railway station near Auchenbach.
Recital (19) of the preamble to the directive says that the information should be provided“at the latest before the first official interview of the suspect or accused person by the police or by another competent authority.”Articles 3.1 and 4.1 of the directive provide that the information should be provided “promptly”.The committee may wish to draw to the attention of the lead committee the fact that regulation 3 does not make provision for the latest timing, which is referred to in the preamble to the directive.
