How in your work as MEPs do you do that at the pre-legislative stage? My impression, having visited Denmark as part of the inquiry, is that it has a much better co-operative approach.
The first provision does not include that time limit, so that anyone who wished to make what might be described as an unannounced visit to a nest site could still do so as long as they let the landowner know that they were going to make that visit.
