*S6M-00433 Ruth Maguire: Kilwinning Man Completes Running Challenge—That the Parliament congratulates the Kilwinning man, Craig Potter, on completing a running challenge to raise money for charity; understands that Craig completed 47 10K runs and raised over £14,500 for Heart Research UK; further understands that, on average, 47 people in Scotland die each day due to cardiovascular disease; notes that the challenge was in memory of his mother, who passed away suddenly; further notes that the money will be donated to two research funds in her memory, one of which will investigate the way women are affected by heart disease, and the other will examine statistics showing that a person in Scotland is three times more likely to experience a heart attack than someone in London; congratulates Craig on his incredible achievement, and wishes him all the best of the future.
