Delegated Powers in the Children (Withdrawal from Religious Education and Amendment of UNCRC Compatibility Duty) (Scotland) Bill

The Scottish Government was required, in light of the Supreme Court judgment, to include an exception to the rule that a public authority must act compatibly with the UNCRC requirements when exercising relevant functions, where that public authority was required to act incompatibly by legislation which has originated in the UK Parliament.
