We have considered the transmission risk associated with close contact and the mixing of individuals in such environments, including engagement between clinicians and nightclub owners and a visit to see the sector in operation.
The relevant period originally ran from 26 March to 30 September. The act allows Scottish ministers to extend the relevant period for SCIOs by three months at a time, and the Scottish Parliament approved a previous set of regulations that extended the relevant period to 30 December.
We sought to ensure not only that it would be available to help new entrants to be part of the new CAP, but that there would be the ability to ensure that future new entrants are part of the new CAP.

Recently, in my previous job, I had a child for whom we had done a new referral report. She was going to have what we call a monitor visit, which is a visit once a year.
However, the reality is, as we learned last week, that across Scotland, more than 100,000 patients have had to find new GP services because their local practice has closed due to excessive shortages of GPs.
That was something of a physical undertaking, I have to say, but the difference that it has made to the warmth of our 26-year-old house has been pronounced.
