Amendment 80, in the name of Colin Smyth, focused on developing mechanisms through which specific powers could be devolved to island local authorities. Amendments 26 and 27 had the same aim, but with a differing approach.

NHS Education for Scotland will receive £648.9 million of funding in 2025-26 and delivers education and training for all people working in NHS Scotland.
The Explanatory Note and Policy Note state that the first group of prisoners will be released between 26 and 27 June, but the draft instrument does not provide that 26 June is the earliest permitted release date.
