To ask the Scottish Government what information it has on how the commitment in its programme for government to extend provision of early learning and childcare to 30 hours per week compares with proposals in the Childcare Bill introduced by the UK Government.
It also considers that the experience of every other jurisdiction comparable to Scotland clearly demonstrates that a general requirement for corroboration is not an essential feature of a modern legal system.
People with learning disabilities have a higher risk of developing dementia compared to the general population, with a significantly increased risk for people with Down syndrome and at a much earlier age.

Targets are not set for these measures and performance is evaluated by comparing performance against the previous years, it is therefore a mechanism of continuous improvement rather than specific targets.
