The proposed Bill would establish a Wellbeing and Sustainable Development Commissioner 3. The proposed Bill would introduce new public duties in relation to sustainable development and wellbeing based on these new definitions.
There seems to be a bit of confusion about it. The latest housing statistics from the last quarter in 2023 showed that the number of new homes that were started had decreased by 24 per cent.
Ultimately, providers were forced to apply a common-sense ideology plus the latest U-turn in instructions, which inevitably led to inconsistent application across Scotland.
