The data required to populate the PHS report will be drawn from a new national clinical IT system called Cellma, which has been developed by an external supplier overseen by NHS National Services Scotland.

Pending parliamentary scrutiny and approval, it is expected that the agencies will be categorised early in the New Year. The order will apply to Scotland, as the CCA does.
Our scrutiny will focus primarily on aspects of the Bill which engage with devolved competence in areas of environmental law, namely through the provisions outlined in part 5 of the Bill which seeks to establish a new regime of ‘Environmental Outcome Reports’ (EORs) across the UK.
