New AutoMotive Submission

The UK government committed at COP26 to end sales of new non-zero 22 HGVs by 2040, with lighter (<26 tonne) HGVs being zero emissions from 2035 , but needs to bring forward a policy - which could readily be based on the ZEV mandate - to make this ambition a reality.
