The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2025 [draft] was laid before Parliament on 14 January 2025.
The LCM indicates that the Scottish Government intends to lodge a motion seeking the Scottish Parliament’s consent to the relevant provision of the Bill, with the exception of the provision on overpayment recovery (which it has not yet come to a consent position on).
