Data from the EPICure 2 study collected in 2006 were analysed to look at 4 designation of unit and size compared to neonatal outcomes for babies 2000 intensive care days.
The research found that where people lived placed them at a greater risk and found that “people from Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Black/African/Caribbean backgrounds tended to report worse health if they were 12 exposed to more air pollution compared to those who were born in the UK.”

When considered as a percentage for 2018/19 female achievement rate nationally was 76%, compared to 77% for males. Achievements are important, but should be considered in tandem with new starts and in-training figures to give a holistic picture.
