Another recommendation related to the possible need for more specialist judges in family cases. A total of 88 responses were received, 26 from roads authorities, 15 from utility companies, 10 from contractors, 8 from special interest groups, 16 from individuals and 13 classed as "others".

We have provided investment of £5 million in 2025-26 for the delivery of Specialist Employability Support in every Local Authority area, and this is protected in our draft budget for 2026-27.
