We are aware of that model and the minister has been out to visit it. Much of the community work that flows from that court is done very quickly, so an association is made by the offender between crime and punishment.
Most of the committee conveners have put their own names down for the visit, but I did not do that. Maybe we should check whether Kenny has his press release ready for it yet.
The conveners group appears to be suggesting that the committee does not require to have a representative on the visit. I think, convener, that you can put a good case for our sending a representative.

To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has for the Minister or Deputy Minister for Enterprise, Transport and Lifelong Learning to visit Moray and, if a visit is planned, whom the Minister or Deputy Minister will meet.
