A couple of years ago we were also visited by Thabo Mbeki. The visits by those individuals provided clear evidence of the affinity that they feel for Scotland.

So to return to the example, if the title deeds say that the tenant on the top floor is responsible for repairing the whole roof— That is not inadequate.

Of these visits, 72 were made under the Members Support Allowance within the UK or to Brussels/Strasbourg, 46 under the auspices of External Liaison Unit and 42 as committee visits.
Registration would deal with my major concern about lack of knowledge regarding the identity of tenants. We should ask tenants organisations about that issue.

If we are serious about these things, should we not be putting the onus on landlords rather than tenants in private rented houses? Perhaps Ron Hill will want to come in.
