That means visiting police stations, courts, prisons, legal practices, rehabilitation programmes, community justice projects, victim support organisations and communities affected by crime across Scotland.
Those issues have now been addressed in the updated framework agreement that I sent to the committee on 26 February and that is included in the papers for today’s meeting.
People need to be proud of their local area so that they do not disrupt it, and I encourage visit Lanarkshire and all others who are involved to make sure that that happens.
Those include a clinical risk assessment tool, which is completed at every antenatal visit and supports the identification of individual risk factors for women during the antenatal period.
If you wanted to appeal a notice that you had been issued by someone who had visited the farm or the hive, you would go back to the same authorising body, but a different person would consider whether the FPN was justified.
