These include— • Smaller companies reporting the funding schemes for upskilling are complex and challenging to apply for 6 • Older workers being reluctant to learn new skills and, in some cases, opting to leave sector • Some companies being reluctant to invest in or enter the market because of a lack of confidence or certainty.
This includes the Lord President in relation to existing and proposed new powers which will have significant consequences for consumers, especially those relating to reviews of a regulator.
Together with COSLA, we will establish a new Mental Health and Leadership Board which will include representation from a range of Scottish Government portfolio areas, Local Government, NHS Boards, Integrated Joint Boards, and the Third Sector.
