Page 6 of the Executive note, which refers to the legal aid impact test, is interesting. The fact that tenants and, indeed, landlords will be able to go to the private rented housing panel instead of the court will save on legal aid.
Does she further agree that we need to change that so that the small minority of people with learning disabilities enjoy the same tenancy rights as the majority of tenants in Scotland? We are keen to make appropriate provision for all disabled people— including people with learning disabilities—in local housing strategies.
I am particularly pleased that the committee took the opportunity to get out and about. The committee visited Shetland—I hope that that visit was as enjoyable as the visit to California was.
The distribution of National Lottery funds is a matter for the Lottery Distribution Bodies: Scottish Arts Council, Scottish Screen, sportscotland, the Big Lottery Fund and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
