Subordinate legislation considered by the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee on 22 January 2019

The last relevant amending instrument to Council Directive 91/271/EEC is Regulation (EC) No 1137/2008. 2. Regs 8(2)(a), 9(2)(a), 26(2)(b), 29(2)(c) and 30(2)(c) Regulations 8(2)(a) and 9(2)(a) inserted new references to the 2011 Regulations so inclusion of the latest amending instrument was necessary to ensure the latest amendments were encapsulated.
