Consideration by the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee
The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered this instrument at its meeting on 26 September 2023.
The DPLR Committee agreed that it did not need to draw them to the attention of the Parliament on any grounds within its remit.
However, the commission also suggested some improvements that could be made over the course of the plan in time for the next publication in 2025-26. We are working on three components for improvement.
