Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill 17 Part 2—Heat network consent Compensation 25 Compensation on modification or revocation of heat network consent (1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision for or about the payment of compensation to the person holding a heat network consent in consequence of— 5 (a) the modification of a heat network consent as mentioned in section 23(2)(b), (b) the revocation of a heat network consent in accordance with regulations under section 24.
